Please follow return instructions below and contact us for a RMA number with your order number. Please also include a reason for return prior to sending your returns. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
1. Defective Item Return: If the item is defective, you may return it to us for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original package, with good inner package, and no markings of any kind on the packaging. Please include a copy of proof of purchase and write the RMA number outside the box.
2. Non-Defective Item Return: You may return a non-defective item for credit within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns of $50 and above. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Item must be in new and re-sellable condition, in its original package with good inner package, and no markings of any kind on the packaging. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. Please include a copy of proof of purchase and write the RMA number outside the box.
3. Damaged Item During Shipping or Lost Shipment: If you've received a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the item to process claims. Please also send us a picture of the damaged item as proof of damage to process the claim. Credit or Refund will be sent upon the carrier validating the claim.
Please email us prior to returning any item for a RMA number. Orders sent back without a RMA number will not be processed.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 1 hour of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited back minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 20%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition.
Disclaimer
Design and color variation of hand-painted items: Please note that hand-painted and/or hand-crafted items may vary slightly in color or size when compared to photographed samples shown. Figurines, carvings and other hand-painted items are created by various artists, making these products truly unique and one-of-a-kind collectors' items. We have no control over minor variations on the design, and reserve the right to fulfill orders with merchandise of equivalent value as received from their suppliers, or simply apply the credit to your account.
Out of stock/Backorder items: Backorders are annoying to our customers and costly to us. Therefore, we do our best to avoid any backorders at all possible efforts. The item is available in stock for shipping at listing time, but it could be temporarily out of stock for shipping due to any unpredictable and unforeseen events with our existing warehouse inventory system. If this unfortunate event happens, we will notify you immediately the estimated new stock arrival date. You will only be charged for the items shipped, not the backorders. You may also choose to have us ship you another item with the same value, request a store credit, or a full refund if you decide not to wait for the new stock.
